Considered a landmark for civil construction in Brazil, the largest residential building in Latin America gains international prominence. Yachthouse by Pininfarina is the only Brazilian development to appear on the list of the 20 largest buildings in the world in 2020. Built by Pasqualotto & GT, with 281 meters in height and 81 floors, the two towers appear alongside major global projects such as Olympic parks , stadiums, bridges, train stations, among others. The list was released by B1M considered one of the largest YouTube channels in the world for construction with over 9 million views per month.
