Largest residential building in Latin America reaches the top floor

Brazil officially has the largest residential building in Latin America. The construction of Yachthouse by Pininfarina reached the 81st floor. The execution of the structure of this floor began last week with completion scheduled for the last week of October. Built by Pasqualotto & GT in Balneário Camboriú (SC), the project is expected to be delivered next year.

After completing the 81st floor, work on the largest residential building in Latin America will continue, with the execution of other details of the project. The installation of the façade of the entire building will start, with modern and sophisticated glass skin. “This will be the moment when the building will cease to be gray and start to take on new tones. Looking from the outside, it will be possible to see a little of what is planned for the completion of the work ”, says Pasqualotto & GT engineer Davi Rotilli. The next steps still include the completion of the plaster lining, as well as the finish coatings, installation of doors and final painting.

For the engineering team at Yachthouse by Pininfarina, reaching the 81st floor is a major milestone, as it marks one of the most daring constructions in Latin America.
